We provide live support between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM (GMT +2) Monday - Saturday.

    Please run the ADeko support tool by one of these methods

    • Please download and run ADeko Remote Support tool.
      OR
    • If you can run ADeko 9 or ADeko X, click the menu item Help > Remote Support.
      OR
    • If you have ADeko 9 or ADeko X installed on your computer but could not run, follow the steps below: 

      Windows Start > Programs > ADeko 9 or ADeko X > Remote Support

    Tell the ID of the ADeko support program to our staff

    ID of ADeko Live Support software is the number on the field marked by the red ellipse.
